How can I track my order ?
If you have placed your order whilst connected to your account (by creating an account or connecting to your account), you will find your order in ''my account/my orders''. If necessary, you can use the link ''track my order'' located at the bottom of the page, and enter your order number and the post code for the delivery address.
The possible progress statuses for your order are as follows :
1.- being processed (your order has been confirmed ans is currently being processed in our warehouse)
2.- dispatched (your order has been processed and dispatched – you can track its progress on the transporter's website using the parcel number.)
how do I return a product purchased in the Leverdez online shop ?
We offer free returns. You have the right to cancel you purchase and return any purchased products until fourteen (14) days from the day on which you received the products. Please note that it is not possible to return or exchange purchases made online in one of our pop up stores. We invite you to reuse the packaging in which your order was shipped in, to proceed with the return. Please return the products in mint condition, without them being worn or washed. All of the packaging (plastic, boxes), user manual and product labels have to be returned. Leverdez reserves the right to refuse return if it does not meet these conditions. Please fill in the return form explaining the reason for the return (the list is indicated to the right) and add it to your package. A prepaid return label is attached in your COLISSIMO package for French Metropolitan. Once your package is ready to be sent back, stick the return label onto the parcel. You will have to take your parcel to your local post office where they will stamp your parcel and give you a receipt which you should keep as proof of postage. We recommend you to keep the proof of postage until the refund of your return is processed. In case of dispute, the proof of postage is needed. For international return, take your parcel to your transporteur company of choice, they will stamp your parcel, join the delivery invoice inside your parcel and give you a receipt which you should keep as proof of postage. It is important to note that refunds can take up to one month to be completed. We thank you for your understanding.
Can I change my order once it has been confirmed ?
For technical reasons it is not possible to change the size, the colour, the products, or the quantities of an order that has already been confirmed. Moreover we cannot make an exchange. If the products do not live up to your expectations (size, colour,...) we recommend you to return them freely with the return form attached to your parcel.

How do I know if my order is being processed?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, typically within 15 minutes.
Can I cancel my order ?
Once you have confirmed your order, it is being taken care of immediately so that you will receive it as fast as possible. Your order can therefore not be cancelled. However, you can always refuse your order upon receiving. It will then be sent back at no expense. The refund of your order will automatically be activated when the return of your order has been registrered in our warehouse and checked by our logistics service.
Can I place an order by e-mail, post or fax ?
We only process orders placed via Leverdez online shop.
How can I pay for my order?
The following methods of payment are avaible at the leverdez online shop :

if you want to pay by paypal you need your own paypal account. A parent or a friend can eventually sign up for a subscription provided that you are together during the payment. It is forbidden by the law to use another's paypal account without the owner's consent.

3- choose ''paypal'' as the payment method
4- confirm your address or that of the owner of the paypal account.

Your subscription will be credited on your Leverdez account a few minutes later.

What are the delivery options ?
We offer two delivery options (once you have confirmed your order) :
1- express delivery with colissimo for metropolitan France in 48H from Monday to Friday for all orders placed before 2pm. For all orders placed on Friday after 2pm, delivery on Monday (allow one or two more days for Corsica)
2- international delivery, from 2 to 6 working days according to the country of delivery, with signature (FEDEX signature), delivered between 8am and 4pm from Monday to Friday.
Can my order be delivered to an address of my choice ?
We can deliver your order to the address of your choice. Please specify the delivery address when you place your order. Unless an alternative address is provided, delivery will be made to the billing address.
We regret that we cannot deliver to a post box address.
Where do you deliver ?
Orders being placed on www.leverdez.com can be delivered all around the world except the following countries : Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan,... this list is non-exhaustive.

We deliver from Monday to Friday with express delivery (colissimo for metropolitan France and Fedex for international countries)

Express delivery with colissimo is free in metropolitan France.
Delivery in international markets with FEDEX is Free.
How long does delivery take ?
An express delivery by Colissomo in 48H from Monday to Friday for all orders placed before 2pm. For all orders placed on Friday after 2pm, delivery on Monday (allow one or two more days for Corsica)
An international delivery by FEDEX from 2 to 6 days working days from Monday to Friday (please refer to the delivery times schedule depending on your zone in the general conditions of sale.)
How do I know if my order has been dispatched ?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain the parcel number and the link to the transporter which will enable you to track the progress of the delivery of your order. The link will be active when the transporter is taking care of the parcel. You can also consult your account on www.leverdez.com to track your order.
What happens if I'm not there when the parcel is delivered ?
Express delivery (colissimo) : if you are absent, your parcel will be left at your local postoffice and a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You will have to pick up the parcel within 10 days by presenting the delivery notice.
International delivery (FEDEX) : if you are absent, a delivery notice will be left at your attention in your mailbox. You will have to contact the transporter in order to organize a new appointment. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us.
Can I return a product which has not been ordered on LEVERDEZ online shop ?
We only accept products that have been purchased on the Leverdez online shop. All products which have been returned by mistake will be returned to sender.
Can I return a product in a LEVERDEZ pop up store or retail partner ?
You cannot return products bought on the Leverdez online shop in a Leverdez pop up store or retail partner. Please follow the instructions ''how do I return a product ?''
How much time do I have to return a product ?
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return any purchased products until 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the products.
We remind you that the product must be in mint condition, with all the package and the original labels... Leverdez reserves the right to refuse return if it does not meet these conditions.

1- if you paid by credit card, the value of the products returned will be credited on your card.

Delivery charges are reimbursed unless the product was faulty.
